Privacy Policy

This document is an English translation of the Russian version of the Privacy Policy. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the Russian version shall prevail.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data, as well as the measures taken by ACCAD LLC (the “Operator”) to ensure the security of personal data.

1.2. The Operator ensures the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data.

1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain:

  • through the use of the website https://accad.pro;
  • through inquiries sent to the Operator’s corporate email addresses.

1.4. By sending an email to the Operator’s email addresses, the data subject expresses consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual.

2.2. Personal Data Processing means any action (operation) or set of actions performed on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.3. Operator means a legal entity that independently organizes and carries out the processing of personal data.

2.4. Data Subject means an individual to whom the personal data relates.

3. Principles of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of the following principles:

  • lawfulness and fairness;
  • limitation of processing to specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes;
  • prevention of processing incompatible with the purposes of data collection;
  • minimization of the scope and volume of processed personal data;
  • ensuring the accuracy, adequacy, and relevance of personal data;
  • storage of personal data no longer than required for the purposes of processing.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • reviewing inquiries, requests, and applications;
  • conducting business correspondence;
  • preparation, conclusion, and performance of contracts;
  • provision of services and fulfillment of obligations to clients;
  • interaction with clients and counterparties;
  • compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
  • internal documentation and archiving of correspondence;
  • ensuring the functioning of the website and improving its performance (where applicable).

5. Categories of Personal Data Processed

5.1. In the course of interaction with users, the Operator may process the following personal data:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • job title;
  • place of work;
  • information about the organization;
  • any other information contained in the email text, signature, attachments, and correspondence.

5.2. When using the website, anonymized data may also be processed automatically (where applicable), including:

  • IP address;
  • cookie data;
  • browser and device information;
  • information about user actions on the website.

The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • consent of the data subject;
  • necessity of processing for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
  • necessity of reviewing an inquiry submitted by the data subject;
  • compliance with obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • other lawful grounds provided for by applicable law.

7. Methods and Procedure of Personal Data Processing

7.1. Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools.

7.2. Processing includes the following actions:

  • receiving emails and other information;
  • storing personal data;
  • reviewing and analyzing information;
  • using personal data to achieve the purposes of processing;
  • internal transfer to authorized employees;
  • preparing and sending responses;
  • archiving;
  • deletion and destruction of personal data.

8. Storage of Personal Data

8.1. Personal data is stored on the Operator’s servers and/or by engaged email and hosting service providers, provided that the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation are observed.

8.2. The storage period for personal data is determined by the purposes of processing, legal requirements, and retention periods applicable to business documentation.

8.3. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data shall be deleted or archived, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Transfer of Personal Data

9.1. Access to personal data is granted only to those employees of the Operator who need such data to perform their job duties.

9.2. Transfer of personal data to third parties is permitted in the following cases:

  • where the consent of the data subject is available, if such consent is required;
  • for the performance of a contract;
  • upon request of authorized state authorities;
  • when engaging contractors that ensure the functioning of the website, email services, and IT infrastructure, provided that they comply with the requirements of personal data legislation.

9.3. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

10. Measures for the Protection of Personal Data

10.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.

10.2. Personal data security is ensured, among other things, by:

  • restricting access to personal data;
  • using information security tools;
  • applying antivirus protection;
  • data backup;
  • access control to information systems;
  • training employees in the rules for handling personal data.

11. Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • receive information regarding the processing of their personal data;
  • request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the Operator’s actions or inaction to the authorized authority or to a court;
  • exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

14.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The new version shall come into force upon its publication on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
