This document is an English translation of the Russian version of the Privacy Policy. In case of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the Russian version shall prevail.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data, as well as the measures taken by ACCAD LLC (the “Operator”) to ensure the security of personal data.
1.2. The Operator ensures the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data.
1.3. This Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain:

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
- reviewing inquiries, requests, and applications;
- conducting business correspondence;
- preparation, conclusion, and performance of contracts;
- provision of services and fulfillment of obligations to clients;
- interaction with clients and counterparties;
- compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
- internal documentation and archiving of correspondence;
- ensuring the functioning of the website and improving its performance (where applicable).
5. Categories of Personal Data Processed
5.1. In the course of interaction with users, the Operator may process the following personal data:

- archiving;
- deletion and destruction of personal data.
8. Storage of Personal Data
8.1. Personal data is stored on the Operator’s servers and/or by engaged email and hosting service providers, provided that the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation are observed.
8.2. The storage period for personal data is determined by the purposes of processing, legal requirements, and retention periods applicable to business documentation.
8.3. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, personal data shall be deleted or archived, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Transfer of Personal Data
9.1. Access to personal data is granted only to those employees of the Operator who need such data to perform their job duties.
9.2. Transfer of personal data to third parties is permitted in the following cases:
- where the consent of the data subject is available, if such consent is required;
- for the performance of a contract;
- upon request of authorized state authorities;
- when engaging contractors that ensure the functioning of the website, email services, and IT infrastructure, provided that they comply with the requirements of personal data legislation.
9.3. Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.
10. Measures for the Protection of Personal Data
10.1. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.
10.2. Personal data security is ensured, among other things, by:
- restricting access to personal data;
- using information security tools;
- applying antivirus protection;
- data backup;
- access control to information systems;
- training employees in the rules for handling personal data.
11. Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject has the right to:
- receive information regarding the processing of their personal data;
- request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal the Operator’s actions or inaction to the authorized authority or to a court;
- exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
